No riding on our horses in summer 2008. They are going to have foal in april!

If you´re a rider and rent our cottage for a week in the summer then you can go horseback riding with us in our surrondings. We have 3 horses and the islandic horse Fenja are the one on this picture. No additional costs.

Beds

3 normal beds and one extra to use when you need are upstairs in the bulhus. On the groundfloor there are a bedsofa.

Kitchen

Like at your home but smaller size that´s what you get at the bulhus in Rute.

The "bulhus" for rent!

Up at our farm in Rute on northern Gotland we have this cottage for rent! The cottage are built in a traditional style with modern facillitys inside. The tradtional style are called "bulhus" in swedish. At first it was just available for rent in summerweeks but now it is able to rent all around the year. In summer is the bulhus only available for weekly rent (monday-monday)and the price are 5000 sek/550 euro. Prices are lower spring, atumn and winter and available for overnight stay to
(price for a night 450 sek/48 euro
and week costs 2500 sek/275 euro).

Pay orderingfee 1500 sek/165 euro per week (you have to pay additional charge as your bank take to transfer the money)you can do as following:
1. Go to your bank and ask them to do a abroadpayment to my bank
2. My bank is Handelsbanken Fårösund Sweden
3. Be sure to tell them SWIFT HANDSESS
4. Be sure to tell them IBAN nr SE4560000000000240284348 (yes all those numbers)
5. My accont number are 240284348
6. Is it possible - write name and date for rental at the messege place on the payment.send me a mail to tell me that you have payed.
7. We will send you a mail to tell you that payment are reseved
8. We will send you tourist information as soon as tourist information desk in Visby has the new one 2008/2009 versions.
9. Final payment of 3500 sek/week (385 euro) shall arive at our account at the latest one month before rented week.
